Looking for a fun and easy way to celebrate? The River Edge Swim Club is the perfect place for birthdays, team parties, family gatherings, and other special events. Our canopy area provides a dedicated space for your group while giving your guests access to everything the club has to offer.
Reservation Information
Party reservations are available exclusively to current RESC members.
To request a party, select your preferred date on the calendar and complete the reservation form.
Reservation requests will be reviewed, and a confirmation will be sent within 24–48 hours.
A $125 non-refundable reservation fee will be charged to your Community Pass account and must be paid within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your date.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure the best experience for all members, only one party may be scheduled per day.
In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your party based on availability.
Party Hours
Parties may be scheduled daily between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
All parties must conclude by 7:30 PM to allow time for cleanup and closing procedures.
Guests & Supervision
Guest admission is $15 per person and must be paid at the front desk on the day of the party.
A complete guest list must be provided upon arrival.
Promotional guest pass offers, including BOGO promotions, may not be used for party guests.
There must be at least one adult present for every six children attending the party.
The hosting member is responsible for informing guests of club rules and ensuring appropriate supervision throughout the event.
Food & Facility Guidelines
Food and beverages are welcome.
All food must be brought in plastic containers, disposable trays, or aluminum pans. Glass containers are not permitted anywhere on club property.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
The hosting member is responsible for cleaning the canopy area and returning tables and chairs to their original locations at the conclusion of the party.
