Bonded Membership Freeze Request
By-Law Article IV, Section 8
An active bonded member may request, in writing, to place their membership on inactive (freeze) status for a period of one (1) calendar year.
Terms and Conditions
Members on inactive status are not required to pay annual membership dues during the one-year freeze period.
A $150.00 administrative fee is required and must accompany this request.
While on inactive status, members are not entitled to any membership privileges, including use of the club or participation in member programs.
An inactive member may return to active bonded membership at any time during the one-year freeze period by paying the current annual membership dues.
If the member does not return to active bonded membership within one (1) calendar year, the member's bond and membership status will be forfeited in accordance with the Club By-Laws.
Important: Purchasing any Non-Bonded Membership during the following season does not satisfy the requirement to return to active bonded membership and does not extend the one-year freeze period.
